Privacy notice

This notice explains what Prospects Network does with the details you give us through this website. We have kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and your address. We collect nothing else through this site.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request, which usually means writing your buyer map and replying to you about it. We do not add you to a list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we have a record of our conversation, then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Prospects Network who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track you from page to page or follow you around the web.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to nancy.turner@prospectsnetwork.co or send a note through the contact form, and we will act on it. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we will not contact you again.
